Go too big and you pay more up front, the unit cycles badly and it dehumidifies worse. Go too small and it runs flat out until it dies young. We size to the room, not the sales target.

Size, ceiling height, windows, insulation and which way it faces. That determines the unit.

Unit, install and electrical work come to you as one number, in plain English.

Installed and tested
Mounted, plumbed, wired and commissioned. It's running before we leave.

Drop sheets down, and the packaging leaves in our ute.

What size split system do I need?
Floor area alone won't tell you. Ceiling height, insulation and how much sun the room cops all change the answer. We measure it properly and recommend the size that fits, even when that's smaller than you expected.
Do you supply the unit, or install one I've bought?
Both. We'll supply and install as one fixed price, or fit a unit you've already bought. Either way the job is done to standard and certified.
What does installation cost?
Two things drive it: the unit size, and how far the outdoor unit sits from the head. Once we've seen the space we quote the whole job fixed. No hourly surprises.
When's the best time to install?
Before summer, if you can. The moment the first heatwave lands, every installer in Queensland books out. Beat the rush and you'll wait less.
Will my switchboard handle a new air conditioner?
Usually, yes. We still check before quoting, because an older board sometimes needs a circuit added. If yours does, that's included in the same fixed price.
Do you service what you install?
We do. You get a local number that answers, and the crew who put it in are the ones who come back.
