How much does an after-hours call-out cost?
Honestly, more than a weekday visit. But you'll get the full price on the phone before we head out, so you can decide. No surprise invoice after.
My safety switch keeps tripping, is that an emergency?
If it won't reset at all, treat it as urgent. It's tripping for a reason. If it resets and holds, it can usually wait until morning. Either way, call and we'll tell you straight.
What should I do before you arrive?
If you can smell burning or see sparking, switch off at the main and stay clear. Don't keep resetting a safety switch that won't hold. Otherwise leave things as they are, it helps us find the fault faster.
Do you cover the whole Wide Bay after hours?
